ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard on the prayer seeking extension of time for shifting/ re-locating the Tasmac shop.

2. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, further time of one month is granted to the applicant to re-locate the Tasmac shop.

It is made clear that the Tasmac shop shall not be opened and liquor shall not be allowed to be sold till it is re-located. Application is disposed of accordingly.
