This CMP has been filed to condone the delay of 623 days in representing CMPs. bearing Nos.SR35547 to SR35549 of 2018 filed to condone the delay, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first Appellant on record in the main second appeal.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this CMP is allowed as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to number the abovementioned CMPs which are in SR stage, if it is otherwise in order and list the same along with the second appeal for hearing on 18.08.2021.
