This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to alter the FIR and include section 325, 426, 449, 506(ii) of IPC and also implead other accused in Crime No.456 of 2021 dated 19.11.2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sendurai Police Station, Ariyalur District. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is 72 years old lady. attacked by one Dinesh, son of Kolanji and his mother Susila, who are the neighbours of the petitioner and they destroyed the vessel of the petitioner, which was kept in front of the petitioner's house. Due to the assault, she had sustained grievous injuries. On the complaint given by the petitioner, the first respondent had registered a case in Crime No.456 of 2021 dated 19.11.2021 for the offence under Section 294(b), 323, 506 (i) of IPC r/w Section 4 of TNPHW Act, 2022. He would reiterate that the first respondent had failed to register the case under Sections 325, 426, 449, 506(ii) of IPC and also failed to implead the name of Susila in the FIR, who is the abettor. 3.Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.
side) would submit that investigation is going on and based on the medical records, opinion and the materials available, necessary and appropriate action will be taken and Section will be altered. He would reiterate that if there is materials available to show that the said Susila is an abettor, she will also be impleaded as accused in Crime No.456 of 2021. 4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
