O R D E R

Pursuant to the direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.7014 of 2014, dated 18.02.2015, the respondent is stated to have passed an order on 15.09.2015. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the copy of the order has not been communicated to the petitioner. The Official, who is present from the Office of the Tahsildar, Sankarapuram, Villupuram District, stated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that, one more copy of the order, dated 15.09.2015, has

been forwarded to the petitioner by registered post on 26.10.2015. The copy of the registration slip has been produced before this Court, as proof.

As the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent, this Contempt Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same before the Appellate Authority. It is made clear that the period of limitation for filing Appeal shall be computed from the date on which the petitioner receives the copy of the order forwarded by RPAD on 26.10.2015. No costs.
