Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to produce the particulars of the fourth respondent including Appointment Order as per the petitioners petition dated 28.02.2018 under the Right to Information Act addressed to the first respondent.

ORDER

The writ petition is filed for a direction to direct the respondents to produce the particulars of the fourth respondent including the Appointment Order as per the petitioners petition dated 28.02.2018 filed under the provisions of the RTI Act, which was addressed to the first respondent.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 made a submission that the informations sought for by the petitioner has been communicated. However, he is inclined to give another copy of the information letter to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Accordingly, the copy of the informations sent to the writ petitioner is now handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mrs.N.Rajam, District Programme Officer, is present in the Court and furnished the copy of the information sent to the petitioner.

3.In view of the fact that the second respondent has complied with the provisions of the RTI Act by providing information to the writ petitioner, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition and accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
