O R D E R

This Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the condition imposed by the trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.1875 of 2017 dated 10.04.2017.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a permanent resident of Kodavasal and therefore, he finds it difficult to furnish security in Pollachi and hence, the petitioner prays permission of this Court to furnish family ration card of his father instead of furnishing of security.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate for the respondent and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the rival submissions made on both sides, this Court is of the view that the offences alleged to have been committed are under Sections 454 and 388 IPC and it is for the trial Court to decide and get satisfied as to which security to be produced before it for the appearance of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner and therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the discretion of the trial Court. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
