ORDER

This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of time for six

(6) months for passing the award by the sole arbitrator in the arbitration proceedings.

2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned standing counsel for the respondent.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the case is now at the stage of passing of the final award and the Arbitral Tribunal has sought some clarification. Hence, this Court extends the mandate for a period of three (3) months from today.
