This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent herein to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.04.2015 under appropriate penal provisions of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 30.04.2015 to the respondent Police by post and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint along with the medical certificate to the second respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
