Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e, every Monday on 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.9596/2019 in Crl.O.P.No.10156/2019 by order dated 23.07.2019 on the file of this Hon'ble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.RATHINAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.N.P.KUMAR SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR DRI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 23.07.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.9596 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.10156 of 2019 to report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear on receipt of summons from the Court.
