O.S.No.8 of 2017 which was instituted for partition is pending for about five years for an expeditious disposal of the suit. The defendants 1 to 3 have moved this case.

2.Learned counsel submitted that the defendants 4 and 5 who are in the party array right from the inception of the suit, have taken out an application for rejection of plaint and that interlocutory application came to be dismissed on 31.01.2019 and it is three years since then and they have not even filed their written statement and the case is being dragged. 3.This Court now directs the learned trial Judge / Principal District Court, Kancheepuram to dispose of the Suit without being unduly charitable to the defaulting parties and dispose of the matter within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order excluding intervening summer holidays 2022.

4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of at the admission stage itself. No costs.
