As per the order dated 06.07.2016, this writ petition stood dismissed as against the second respondent for non compliance of the requirements pointed out by the Registry. 2.On 24.06.2021, when the matter was taken up for consideration, there was no representation for the petitioner either in person or through the learned counsel and hence, the same was directed to be posted today i.e., on 02.07.2021 under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3.Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
