O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take petitioner's complaint dated 13.5.2015 on file and register FIR and investigate the same in accordance with law and file a final report before the competent criminal Court.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police could not trace the complaint lodged by the petitioner and hence the petitioner may be directed to furnish a copy of the complaint dated 13.5.2015 to the respondent. 4.

Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the complaint dated 13.5.2015 before the respondent and on such complain being made, the respondent is directed to enquire the complaint, and during the course of the enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall be registered, following the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. The petitioner is directed to co-operate for the conduct of enquiry.
