O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1) of BNS in Crime No.33 of 2026, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner herein is the son of the defacto complainant ( father) attacked him since his father has advised him not to indulge in attacking his wife and used the photo frame caused severe injuries, which resulted in causing multiple injuries, and admitted in hospital. Hence, the case has been registered.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and due to sudden quarrel, the occurrence had taken place. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner has no previous cases. He further submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital, 2/4

however the victim sustained grievous injuries. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation that the petitioner had attacked his very own father caused grievous injuries, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
