The present Civil Revision Petition is laid by the petitioner for a direction to the IX Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai for an early disposal of R.C.A. No.365 of 2016 in R.C.O.P. No.2079 of 2013.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned IX Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai is now required to dispose of R.C.A. No.365 of 2016 in R.C.O.P. No.2079 of 2013, within a period of sixty days, however, not later than July, 2022.
