This civil revision petition is laid for a direction to the learned District Munsif, Ponneri, to expedite the trial of 15 years old suit in O.S. No.347 of 2007. This court was at a loss to understand as to why this case was kept pending for 15 years and the learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that, one of the defendants was not served with suit summons and it took several years for the same to be achieved. Now the case is posted for framing issues.

2. The learned District Munsif, Ponneri, is now required to dispose of O.S. No.347 of 2007, within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order, at any rate, not later than December, 2022.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed. 20.04.2022 Asr To The District Munsif, Ponneri
