ORDER
The petitioners apprehend arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 296(b) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023, and Section 4 of the Women Harassment Act, in Crime No. not known of 2026, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that there is no petition or enquiry is pending against the petitioners herein.
