2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that even though the complaints dated 12.06.2015 have been received by the respondent, he has not shown any interest to enquire the matter and to register the complaint. Hence, the petitioners have come forward with these petitions for the above stated relief.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaints given by the petitioners, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 08.07.2015. A copy of the closure report has been furnished today.

Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach appropriate forum for alternative relief.
