ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 465, 468, 471 of IPC and section 13(2) r/w. 13(1)(c) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 in Crime No. 01 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter was taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reported that in this case investigation has concluded and the final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.01 of 2026 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Mayiladuthurai, and the learned Magistrate has issued summons for the appearance of the petitioner
3. Considering the above fact that as of today there is no apprehension of arrest and this petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
