This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 22.01.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.350 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27688 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on the 1st Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
