The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent No.1 to file a final report in Crime No.138 of 2020 on the file of TR Pattinam Police Station, Karaikal District, Puducherry after considering the conspiracy/ unlawful activities of respondent no.2 within the time frame.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) would submit that investigation in Crime No.138 of 2020 for the offences under Section 386, 506(ii) and 34 of IPC is going on and the first respondent will be able to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of six months.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

stands disposed of with the direction to the first respondent police to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
