2.Today, proof affidavit of the appellant, who is the second petitioner in O.P.No.276 of 2020, has been furnished by the learned counsel for the respondent. Learned counsel on either side submitted that the dispute has been resolved https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
between the parties before the Family Court and therefore, no further orders are required. Needless to state that the dispute would encompass the subject matter of the orders passed also.
3.In such view of the matter, both the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals stand closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
