ORDER
Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.658 of 2010 dated 27.12.2010 pending on his file, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is almost completed and requires 8 weeks time to file a final report.
4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the second respondent Police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to file a final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
