ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.23672 of 2023 dated 11.8.2023.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents submitted that a decision has been taken by the Inspector of Police through proceedings dated 27.10.2023 and a copy of the same has also been placed before this Court. A copy of the same has also been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In the light of the above development, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision taken by the 2nd respondent through proceedings dated 27.10.2023, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
