1. The detenue, Ms.Radhika, who is aged about 19 years, has been produced.

We have interacted with the detenue/Ms.Radhika.

2. The petitioner before us is the father of the detenue/Ms.Radhika.

3. The detenue/Ms.Radhika informed us that she does not wish to return to her house. Furthermore, we are informed by the detenue/ Ms.Radhika that she is, presently, staying with, one Ms.Jessy Gloria, an advocate and Civil Rights Activist. Ms.Jessy Gloria is also present in Court.

4. Ms.Jessy Gloria has informed us that apart from practicing as an Advocate, she also works with an Organisation known an PEOPLE'S FORUM (kf;fs; kd;wk;); which is an Organisation that works with persons residing in Villages located in Kancheepuram District.

4.1 Ms.Jessy Gloria says that till the time the detenue/Ms.Radhika makes up her mind in one way or other, the said Organistion will take care of the detenue/Ms.Radhika.

5. We are also informed by Ms.Jessy Gloria that she is the Co-ordinator of the aforementioned Organisation. 5.1 Accordingly, the mobile number of Ms.Jessy Gloria - 9788131131, is recorded for future reference.

6. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, no further orders are called for in the petition.

7. The Habeas Corpus Petition shall, accordingly, stand closed.
