Ganesan ..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the orders of the 2nd respondent in TK.8A.74/1419, dated 14.09.2010 relating to sub-division and transfer of patta in Survey No.397/1 measuring an extent of 1.46.5 Hectares of land of Pilakurichi Village, Sendurai Taluk, Ariyalur District and quash the same.

ORDER

This petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the orders of the second respondent in TK.8A.74/1419, dated 14.09.2010 relating to sub-division and transfer of patta in Survey No.397/1 measuring an extent of 1.46.5 Hectares of land in Pilakurichi Village, Sendurai Taluk, Ariyalur District and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 by producing a letter of the Tahildar, Chendurai, dated 02.06.2012 would submit that the Sub Divisions made in Survey No.397/1 has been cancelled and patta in respect https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of said Survey Number for 1.46.5 hectares has been issued in favour of the petitioner.
