Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relaxation of condition that as the petitioner on his release from prison, shall report before the committal court viz., V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore on all working days until further orders in P.R.C.No.254/2010 pending on the file of V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai in Crl.OP.2348/2021 order dated 16.02.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.KARTHEEBAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 16.02.2021 made in the original petition directing him to appear before the committal court on all working days until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by order dated stands modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the committal court concerned on all hearing dates without fail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. This petition is ordered accordingly with the above modifications.
