ORDER

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking an early hearing of R.C.A.No.382 of 2016 pending on the file of the VIII Small Causes Judge, Chennai. From the A-Diary extracts it is seen that the appeal has been adjourned from 27.04.2017 for pronouncing the Judgement and the same caption continues till 31.10.2017.

2.Thereafter also the matter has been adjourned at the request of the respondent, it is rather unfortunate that the learned Appellate authority/VIII Small Causes Judge, Chennai has not proceeded to dispose of the Rent Control Appeal which has been filed in the year 2016.

3.The learned Judge is directed to dispose of the both R.C.A.No.382 of 2016 and M.P.No.184 of 2016 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and

report compliance of this Court.

The Civil Revision Petition is allowed on the above lines. There shall be no order as to costs.
