ORDER

The above civil revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur, to dispose of I.A.No.5 of 2024 in O.S.No.24/2024 pending on its file, within a stipulated time.

2. The defendants in O.S.No.23 of 2024 are the revision petitioners herein. The plaintiffs/respondent has filed the suit for declaration and for permanent injunction. Pending the suit, the defendants have filed I.A.No.5 of 2014, to reject the plaint and the same is pending before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Cheyyur.

3. A perusal of the diary extract would show that I.A.No.5 of 2014, which was filed for rejecting the plaint on 19.09.2024, has been kept pending for filing counter since 19.09.2024. Therefore, a direction is issued to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur, to dispose of the said I.A.No.5/2024 in O.S.No.24/2024 on or before 30.06.2025.
