ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction for filing of final report in F.I.R.No.520 of 2016.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.520 of 2016, after completion of investigation, the respondent police has filed charge sheet on 08.10.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ponneri. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Since charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.520 of 2016, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed.
