ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 120, 417, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506(ii) and 511 of IPC in Cr.No.69 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners are alleged to have sold the land belonging to Temple to the defacto complainant.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioners knowing very well that the land belongs to a Temple, cheated the defacto complainant.

5.Considering the fact that the petitioners knowing very well that the land belongs to Temple, cheated the defacto complainant; the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6.This criminal original petition is accordingly dismissed. -sd/- 30/04/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
