2. The present Writ Petitions have been filed to call for the records relating to the Consumer Case Nos.7 of 2013 and 16 of 2012 pending on the file of the 1st respondent herein and to quash the same.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the complaints filed by the 4th respondent in W.P.No.27469 of 2013 and 5th respondent in W.P.No.27470 of 2013 were 'dismissed for default' on 07.06.2022, therefore, he seeks to withdraw the Writ Petitions with liberty to file a fresh petition, in the event of complaints being restored on file.

Accordingly, the present Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition if the complaints are restored to file. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
