2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.
3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that so far no complaint has been received from the petitioner.
4. In view of the above submission, no direction can be issued. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
