This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 to 3 to EXHUME the body of the petitioner's mother Lakshmi buried in Pallakalinkarayanallur Village burial ground, Kunnam https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Taluk, Perambalur District and conduct a post mortem under the supervision of the Professor and HOD, Department of Forensic Medicine, Trichy Medical College and file a report before this Court by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that representation of the petitioner had been considered and the body of the petitioner's mother has been exhumed on 14.03.2022 and post mortem has been conducted by the Professor and HOD, Department of Forensic Medicine, Trichy Medical College.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
