This application is filed for the sale of the two properties, one property is a house site measuring to an extent of 1200 sq.ft., in Plot No.65 and 73, in Blessing Nagar in Survey No.211/3 in Korakkanthandalam Village, Uthukottai, Thiruvallur and another one is a house site measuring 1200 sq.ft., in Plot No.32 in Thendral Nagar in Survey No.347/1A & 1B, 3B in Paranji Village, Aarokkanam, Vellore.

2. The learned Official Assignee submitted that the guideline value and market value of the first property is Rs.60,000/- and Rs.1,08,000/- respectively, whereas the guideline value and market value of the second property is Rs.68,400/- and 1,20,000/- respectively. Further he would submit that for the aforesaid properties he had received only one bid from one George Stephen for a sum of Rs.2,30,000/-. Since the bid amount offered was just and reasonable, the present application was filed by the learned Official Assignee for the sale of aforesaid properties. 3. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to confirm the sale made by the one George Stephen in respect of the properties described in the schedule of properties.
