O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondents for having not obeyed the order of this Court dated 11.08.2017 passed in W.P.No.9247 of 2013.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Education) has produced a copy of an order dated 31.07.2019, stating that the order of this Court has been duly complied with.

3. According to the petitioner, even though the order has been complied with, the monetary benefits have not been extended to him and in the Contempt Petition filed by one other Writ Petitioner, namely, R.S.Santha Kumari, who has approached this Court along with the petitioner and others, an assurance was given by the very same Respondents herein that as soon as proposal is received from the 4th Respondent in the Writ Petition, a detailed order with regard to the grant of monetary benefits would be passed and the same shall be followed in the present case also.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Education) regarding compliance of the order of this Court, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is needless to state that the case of the petitioner herein shall also be considered on par with the petitioner in Contempt Petition No.81 of 2019 and in case the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so advised.
