ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to defreeze the petitioner's saving account No.50100156597750 maintained with the 2nd respondent in relation to Cr.No.244 of 2024 on the file of the 1st respondent and to permit the petitioner to operate his bank account.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the request made by the petitioner has already been considered and a letter has been sent to the concerned bank to defreeze the petitioner's account.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
