C.M.P.No.2601 of 2021 in S.A.No.128 of 2021 P.T.ASHA, J., The 3rd defendant in a suit filed for declaration and consequential injunction restraining the defendants from interfering with the plaintiff's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property and also for an injunction restraining the 4th defendant from changing the house tax registry in the name of the plaintiff to the name of the 3rd defendant is the appellant before this Court.

2. Though the decree that had been passed is for an injunction, the interlocutory application that is now sought for is for the stay of the operation of the decree. The appellant has not sought for the suspension of the injunction decree. Therefore, the above CMP.No.2601/2021 stands dismissed.
