The present writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 17.02.2023 and 20.09.2024, with respect to appointment to the post in SC CAT-4 PG Tamil category and SC CAT 4 BV, as per G.O.20 of 2023-2024 dated 24.07.2023 notification, and to appoint the petitioner in the said post.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the representations of the petitioner dated 17.02.2023 and 24.07.2023 have not been considered.

Per contra, the learned Standing Counsel for respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 20.09.2024 has been considered and rejection order has been passed by TRB vide proceedings dated 30.09.2024 in Na.Ka.No.2180/CV3-S1/2024 and it has also been enclosed in the typed set of papers.

4. A perusal of the records shows that the request of the petitioner has been considered and rejection order has been passed on 30.09.2024. 2/5

5. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to challenge the order dated 30.09.2024, in accordance with law.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for TRB, the writ petition stands closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 30.09.2024, in accordance with law.
