2. Heard Mr.N.Subramani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.R.Prabhakar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. It appears that the petitioners withdrew the petition filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Erode in D.V.C.No.75 of 2022. Based on the same, D.V.C.No.75 of 2022 was dismissed as settled out of Court by an order dated 23.02.2024. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this revision petition.

4. Recording the above said details, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
