the petitioner dated 13.11.2010 to the 2nd respondent, which was forwarded by the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent for further action by their letter dated 27.12.2010, O.M. No.1637/ 10/ Vig.7/ 113883.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to consider the complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.11.2010 requesting to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent for creation of posts and appointment of her own candidates as staffs of Kalakshetra Foundation, which was forwarded by the second respondent by communication dated 27.12.2010 in O.M.No.1637/10/Vig.7/113883.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the complaint of the petitioner was placed before the vigilance authorities, who inturn, proceeded with the same and conducted independent enquiry, in which, the petitioner was also examined and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein. 3.In view of the above submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
