J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ appeal on hand has been instituted against the interim order dated 21.02.2023 passed in W.P.No.29319 of 2012.

2. It is brought to the notice of this court that the main writ petition was disposed of by this court on 31.03.2023, and challenging the said writ order, W.A.No.1433 of 2023 was filed. The said writ appeal was also disposed of by a Division Bench of this court vide order dated 07.07.2023. That being so, the present writ appeal became infructuous.
