Crl.O.P.No.5746 of 2022 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the complaint given by the defacto complainant was assigned Current Paper and petition enquiry is pending. If the petitioner co-operate for the enquiry, the same will be completed within three weeks and till then they will not arrest the petitioner.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the respondent to complete the investigation, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondent police shall not arrest till the disposal of the current paper, provided she co-operate with the investigation. 3.This petition is accordingly disposed of.
