2. Learned counsel for the applicant/defendant submitted that she has filed written statement of the defendant and also requested to number the set aside applications in S.R Nos.16112 and 16113 of 2018.

3. Registry is directed to put up the written statement in the case bundle and also number the said applications if it is otherwise in order and post the matter on 25.08.2023.
