O R D E R

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking transfer of O.S.No.461 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Principal District Munsif at Alandur to the file of City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. This case has a chequered history. Instead of going into merits of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion, the matter can be transferred on the ground of convenience of parties as well as their counsel. Both the parties consent for transferring the matter to District Munsif Court, Tambaram. In view of the consensus expressed by both sides, this Court is inclined to transfer the case from Alandur to Tambaram.

3. Accordingly, O.S.No.469 of 2015 pending on the file of District Munsif Court, Alandur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of District Munsif Court, Tambaram. A direction is issued to District Munsif Court, Alandur to transfer the papers to the District Munsif Court, Tambaram forthwith.

4. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
