02.03.2011 by giving appropriate posting to the petitioner within 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the said order was not complied with by the respondents, the petitioner has come forward with the present contempt petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate submits that the order has been complied with. The petitioner has also confirmed the same.

3. Since the order has been complied with by the respondents, nothing survives in this contempt petition.

4. Recording the above submission, this Contempt petition is closed.
