Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for surrendering before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Panruti, as per the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in the above Crl.O.P.No.2183/2022 dated 02/02/2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.PRADEEP, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.L.BASKARAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2183 of 2022 dated 02.02.2022 to surrender before the trial Court.

2. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.2183 of 2022 dated 02.02.2022 is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
