This Court by its earlier order dated 08.01.2020 recorded the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners that he reports no instruction in this matter. Thereafter, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioners. Accordingly, Registry has printed the name of the petitioners on the earlier hearing date i.e. on 31.01.2020. Even on 31.01.2020, there was no representation on the side of the petitioners and hence, the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal" today.
