When the matter was taken up for hearing on 05.03.2024, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the appellant has been detained under Act 14 of 1982 as Goonda vide detention order in B3/D.O.No.12/2024 dated 27.02.2024. The copy of the detention order has been served to the learned counsel for the appellant. The learned counsel sought time to get instructions.
2.Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel for appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal. He made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
