This petition has been filed to substitute the proposed petitioners namely Pasupathi and Karpagam as legal representatives of the deceased writ petitioner and rank them as petitioners 2 and 3 in the above writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents has not raised any serious objection for allowing this petition.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and this Court being satisfied with the same, this miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for.
