ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to take action against the respondents 7 to 33 based on the complaints of the petitioner dated 09.10.2012, 12.10.2012, 13.10.2012 and 25.10.2012.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
